• Rack Rental refers to the service where customers rent space to sell their items in-store.

2. Acknowledgment
 

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our Service and form a binding agreement between You and The One Preloved Fashion.
 

By accessing our Website, shopping in-store, or booking a rack, You agree to these Terms. If You do not agree, You must not use our Service.
 

You confirm that You are at least 18 years old.
 

3. Nature of Our Service

The One Preloved Fashion operates as:

• A retail boutique selling preloved and new items

• A rack rental platform allowing individuals to sell their own clothing

We act as an intermediary for rack rentals and do not own seller items unless explicitly stated.
 

4. Purchases & In-Store Sales

• All items must be inspected prior to purchase.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges on behalf of sellers.

• All sales are final, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
   

We do not guarantee the condition, authenticity (unless stated), or longevity of preloved items.
 

5. Rack Rental Terms
 

5.1 General Conditions
 

• All garments must be:

  • Clean, fresh, and presentable

  • In good condition

• Unsuitable items may be removed from the shop floor.
   

5.2 Faults & Disclosure
 

• Any faults must be clearly disclosed on the price tag.

• We are not responsible for damage during the rental period.
   

5.3 Liability Disclaimer
 

We are not liable for:

• Theft or missing items

• Fire, water damage, or unforeseen events

• Items moved or misplaced by customers
   

6. Rental Period & Bookings
 

• A standard rental period is 6 days (Wednesday to Monday)

• Rental extensions are subject to availability

• Trading hours may vary seasonally
   

7. Payments & Fees
 

• Rack rental fees must be paid in full upfront

• A 10% commission applies to all sales

• Additional services (setup/pack-up) may incur fees
   

Payments from sales will be transferred within 7 business days.
 

8. Cancellation Policy
 

• No refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Cancellation within 10 days of booking

• Bookings may be rescheduled with 7 days’ notice

• Mid-rental cancellations forfeit remaining time
   

9. Seller Responsibilities
 

You agree to:

• Provide accurate pricing and descriptions

• Ensure authenticity of branded/designer items

• Not sell counterfeit goods

• Provide correct bank details
   

We are not responsible for incorrect payment details provided.
 

10. Rack Management
 

• Item limits:

  • Small rack: up to 30 items

  • Large rack: up to 60 items

• Sellers may restock during the rental period

• Overcrowding racks is discouraged for better sales performance
   

11. Setup & Pack-Up
 

Setup

• Access begins Wednesday before opening

• Setup services are available for an additional fee
   

Pack-Up

• Items must be collected by Monday (end of rental)

• Uncollected items after 7 days may be:

  • Donated

  • Sold for charity
     

Fees may apply for missed collections
 

12. Risk & Liability
 

You acknowledge:

• Items are stored and displayed at your own risk

• We take reasonable care but cannot guarantee security

• Losses due to theft or damage are not our responsibility
   

13. Intellectual Property
 

All Website content (branding, images, text) is owned by The One Preloved Fashion.

You may not reproduce or use content without written permission.
 

14. User Accounts
 

If You create an account:

• You must provide accurate information

• You are responsible for your login details

• We may suspend accounts for misuse
   

15. Content Submission
 

By submitting content (e.g. product listings):

• You grant us permission to use and display it

• You confirm you have the right to use it
   

We may remove content at our discretion.
 

16. Prohibited Activities
 

You must not:

• Sell counterfeit or illegal goods
